President promotes investment and economic integration in the Americas with U.S. businessmen

#GobiernoDeMéxico.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador met at the National Palace with U.S. businessmen from the Council of the Americas.

«Opportunities for foreign investment in Mexico and the economic integration of the Americas with respect for sovereignty», were the main topics addressed at the meeting, the president highlighted in a message on his social networks.

The Chief Executive was accompanied by the Secretary of Economy, Tatiana Clouthier; the Secretaries of the Interior, Adán Augusto López Hernández; of Finance and Public Credit, Rogelio Ramírez de la O and of Foreign Affairs, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon; the Undersecretary of Finance and Public Credit, Gabriel Yorio; the Undersecretary of Expenditures, Juan Pablo de Botton; the head of the Public Credit Unit, María del Carmen Bonilla; the head of the Investment Unit, Miguel Siliceo; the general director of the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Rafael Marín; the president of the Council of the Americas, Susan Segal; the vice president of the Council of the Americas, Ragnhild Melzi; and the U.S. ambassador to Mexico, Ken Salazar.
